Panna Cotta Recipe - Simple And Easy!



Ingredients Panna Cotta:

2tbsp sugar
2tsp vanilla extract
3tsp Gelatin, powdered
2cups heavy cream

Ingredients sauce:

frozen cherries
2tbsp sugar
1/2 cup of water

Place heavy cream, vanilla extract and sugar into a pan and bring to a simmer.And 3tsp gelatin into the cream. Cook for two minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pout into four remekins, and leave to cool. Place into the fridge for at least an hour, until set.

Sauce:
Place cherries, 1/2 cup water, 2tbsp sugar and bring to a simmer, add 3tsp gelatin. Cook for two minutes, stirring constantly until smooth.

To serve, turn each panna cotta out onto a serving plate, spoon over the sauce, and add chocolate.
